Dr. Heather Cormany, DVM
Dr. Heather Cormany grew up in Chillicothe, Ohio as the oldest of 4 children. Even from a young age, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. She started her veterinary education at Wilmington College where she gained her Bachelor of Science degree. In 2004, she earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University. Her pursuit of further veterinary education continues each day as she gathers the best information for each unique case, attends continuing education classes, and participates in hands-on skill development lab courses.
Dr. Cormany started her veterinary career in Fort Lauderdale, where she spent the first two years in a busy, six-doctor, small-animal practice. She spent the following 12.5 years at mixed small-animal/ exotics practices in Florida, Dublin, and Gahanna.
Dr. Cormany joined as lead of the Allpets family in the spring of 2019. She is excited to bring her skillset and compassionate care to our patients and their families. She has hopes to continue to increase the offerings at Allpets and provide even more in-house surgical options for pets in need.
When Dr. Cormany is not at the clinic, she shares her home with a gentle English Setter named Arlo, a handsome feline named Rupert, and a silly budgie named Eugene. Dr. Cormany has a son attending The Ohio State University. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, and hopes to someday hike the Appalachian Trail.
Dr. Jennifer Schoenfeld, DVM
Dr. Jennifer Schoenfeld grew up close to Pickerington and started Allpets upon graduating from The Ohio State University in 1980. She loves working with dogs and cats and has a special interest in dermatology and allergies. She wanted to be a veterinarian since age eleven, and began by caring for the pets on the family farm located in Brice, Ohio. Dr. Schoenfeld is a member of The Columbus Academy of Veterinary Medicine, The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and The American Veterinary Medical Association.
She is married and has two terrific sons and a wonderful daughter-in-law. She shares her home with Standard Poodles; Dudley, Pepi, Henry, and two young domestic shorthair cats named Ripperoo and Quinn. These five pets make for quite a circus, as they enjoy teasing each other.
In her spare time, she is an active member of the Reynoldsburg-Pickerington Rotary Club, Etna United Methodist Church, plays tennis, bikes, snow skis, and works in her flower gardens.
