Late Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your pet’s scheduled appointment so that they can benefit from the full exam time.  We understand that unforeseen delays may occur, and we offer a grace period of 10 minutes to account for this.  However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to consider other appointment options such as a work-in appointment, day admission appointment, or rescheduling.  Our goal is to make sure that all of our clients and patients are seen in a timely manner, so we appreciate your punctuality.  We want to remind you that clients who have three or more late arrivals for appointments will only be seen as emergencies or day admission appointments, and additional fees may apply.  We hope to provide the best possible care for your pet, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth and timely visit.
